"Take 2 x 2 inch triangles, lightly saturate the hair with your favorite aerosol hairspray. Comb through the section to make sure hair is evenly distributed. With one hand, take entire section and twist to base. Place the FHI Heat 3/4" Curling iron underneath the section. Take the hair and wind around the FHI Heat 3/4" Curling iron. Hold for approximately 15 seconds - slide iron out and secure with the FHI Heat T-Rex Clips. Complete the entire head in this fashion. Let it all cool and remove clips. Fabulous Night In New York City

FHI HEAT, Inc. teamed up with MIZANI Haircare to sponsor Celebrity Hairstylist Ursula Stephen's clients include Rihanna (iconic right now in terms of hair) , and Michelle Williams "Fabulous Night In New York City" birthday party on Nov. 11, 2008. The celebratory event drew over 250 VIP guests, press & beauty industry tastemakers, and took place at the L'Oreal Professional Product Institute in Manhattan's hip SoHo district.

Fashion Week Retrospective FHI Heat

FHI Heat stylists Myron Daniels, Eric Howard and Star May glammed up the hair of American Express VIP Card Members at the Spring 2009 Mercedes-Benz FashionWeek in New York City. Using styling gels and sprays from TRESemmé haircare and working with a team of MAC Cosmetics artists who provided makeup application, the 3 FHI Heat stylists create a variety of glamorous looks for approximately 30 American Express VIP card members over the course of 2 days (Sept 6 and 7) using the FHI Heat Runway and Platform SE Styling Irons, Curling irons, Nano Salon Pro 2000 Blow Dryers, carbon combs, and T-Rex hair clips. The VIP card members also received FHI Heat Paddle Brushes as gifts. Each American Express VIP card member paid $700 for a special package that included viewing FashionWeek runway shows from the American Express skybox, attending parties, and experiencing hair and makeup makeovers.
