Fashion Week Retrospective : Zoya Invasion

Zoya Professional Nail Lacquer in Indigo made it's way to Fashion Week by way of the Toni Maticevski Spring 2009 Ready to Wear show. I fell in love with Indigo instantly - it's a very dark navy blue shade that's over whelmed with tons of sparkle. It totally complimented the shows sleek hair / edgy-feminine looks. Indigo was the star of the show!!

The dark nail color choice is so "un-expected" with such a dainty look. It works.

I really like this look. Fringe makes a statement, in a good way.

Quintessential Edgy look. I heart ruffles.

Mission : Sexy 70's inspired Beach Hair

Course of Action: Ghd stylist led by celebrity / runway stylist Omar Lopez to the rescue ! They smoothed out loose waves with ghd polishing serum, and then using a paddle brush, lightly brushed over the top surface of the hair to give soft yet glamorously sexy element, while leaving in big, pillowy texture underneath — creating one part glam and two parts straight up sexpot. The look was finished off with ghd ultimate hairspray to keep the hair in place— and to help fight that near-unbearable Miami humidity--as the models worked it down the runway.
