From New York to Milan there was the accessory de jour that took precedence all over the global fashion week scene and that mon petites were hats! Everywhere we looked there was a haute dame or gent whose statement piece wasn't an bag or a shoe - it was the hat that topped the scene this season. Let's take a look at the street style this season and the haute finds that will make us all say Good Buy!

NEW YORK FASHION WEEK

The biting overcast that chilled us all during NYFW was enough for nearly everyone to top off their looks with style! And style it was from fabulous fur to studded to perfection hats that just works.

It is fairly safe to say that we here at LPB are absolutely obsessed with Moda Operandi! From the ultra haute trunkshows to the boutique there is so much to covet from that style Oasis that is M'O! Although I missed the  OPENING CEREMONY trunk show I am praying upon a star that the Casino Hats will be available it the M'O boutique

London's definitely calling with all the haute headgear that was seen on the streets during fashion week. Veils, bowlers and chic knits were on trend this season - we fancied it all!

Luisa Via Roma is one of our favorite destinations when we want to splurge and score wardrobe staples that will will only get better with time. Mon petites, the ladies do it big in Milano! Big personalities need chapeaux of epic proportions and case in point from the pictures above these dames did it well (in snow we  might add) during Fashion week.

It's effortless in France - from a Tupac meets Betty Paige ensemble to the French standard of the beloved beret it always just works in the City of Lights.
