 Hello March ! 

We had another great Womens Cosmetic-Crush Wednesday on Clubhouse.  This week I wanted to separate the Cosmetic Favs between two groups.  Cosmetic Crushes that were shared by the chat guests vs. my Cosmetic Crushes .  

Chat Guest Cosmetic-Crushes 

This week was pretty interesting .  So many Women didn't realize they actually had beauty routines and were already using amazing products. It was actually nice to see even if their collection is not elaborate , it still includes some breakout products. 

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair  - I was so happy to hear this was a part of our guest's regimen because this product is a cult classic. I've worked with Estee Lauder in the past and have showed my clients how to incorporate this product in their daily routines. Its also nice to prep the skin as well. 

Josie Maran Whipped Argan Oil Face Butter - Josie Maran's product line has grown so much from when it initially launched but her dedication to authentic natural ingredients is commendable.  I have been a fan of this line for years and have featured it here for some time. 

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water  - Micellar water is always great to have in your stash. I love to use it to clean up eye makeup looks to make liner sharper, shadow , etc..  Its also great for removing makeup before cleansing and using after cleansing to make sure your face is fully cleansed.  

Double Down Cosmetics  The Standard Blush -  One of our chat guests is the Founder /Creator of this brand and she gave us a really great introduction to her brand. The Standard Blush is a breakout shade .  Its a pretty shade of coral , and I'm quite intrigued. Make sure to follow the brand on Instagram. 

My Cosmetic Crushes 

This week I mentioned products in relation to what was mentioned in the room with the exception of one item.  It was a great chat we literally bounced beauty ideas off of one another. 

Josie Maran 100% Pure Argan Oil -  This is a throwback favorite of mines.  When the brand was mentioned , it bought me back to this one particular product to mention, I would use this on my hair as well as skin.  Its an amazing oil .  

Sephora Collection Triple Action Cleansing Water -  I absolutely love this formula .  It is one of my favorites.  I had to mention it to give everyone a new option to consider. It really does cleanse your skin and removes the most stubborn waterproof eye makeup. 

NARS Cosmetics Soft Matte Complete Foundation - I am crushing on this foundation .  I've been seeing it all over social media and the finish appears to be beautiful . I can't wait to try it . I will write a separate review on here .

B.A.G.S (Beauty and Grooming Safe-Space ) Presents #MCM Mens Grooming 3-1-21

Happy March ! We are back starting off the new month with a brand new edition of #MCM Mens Grooming on Clubhouse . This week we had an amazing guest, Tilomai Hill, who is a Makeup Artist, Mens Groomer, Wardrobe Stylist , Creative Director , she literally does it all ! It was so cool to have her share with us in the chat what she likes to use on set.  Its always fun learning and sharing with other fellow artists.  

This week we focused more on what we like from an "Artists Perspective" rather than from the everyday man's routine.  We focused on spot concealing , and lip care.  so check out some of our favorites to use on set below. 

1.  We have the Matte Lip Balm by B3 -  because Mens lips for the most part we want them to be Matte ,unless the job calls for otherwise.  This lip balm is an amazing option since it gives the nourishment the lips need without any of the shine.  This is Pro Artist recommended.  

2.  For concealing , we have NARS Cosmetics Soft Matte Concealer.  I recently sat in on a Mens Grooming demo with the NARS a few weeks ago and this is the go to coverage choice for the Nars Boutique SoHo crew.  This concealer comes in so many shades that it will be easy to find a match and it melts right into the skin, and gives us a matte finish.  So it's completely undetectable.  

3. Another great spot coverage , brightening option is the Makeup Forever Ultra HD Foundation Palette - which I really love using . It gives a satin finish not matte, but it still leaves men with a natural appearance.  Perfect for those with dry skin.  

4. This is my ultimate favorite and its been mentioned so many times . The Bite Beauty Agave+ Nighttime  Lip Therapy. This does not have a matte finish, but can easily be blotted or wiped off a bit.  This does wonders for the lips. Everyone loves this product .  Honorable mentions : Bite Beauty Agave+ Intensive Vegan Lip Mask , and the Bite Beauty Agave+ Weekly Vegan Scrub . 

5. This is Tilomai Hill's favorite* ( a staple in her Pro-Kit) , the RCMA Concealer Palette .  She likes to use this for everything from concealing , spot coverage, and color correction.  Check out her instagram ,  her work speaks for itself . So anything she highly recommends is official .  

It was so good to be back speaking on Mens Grooming starting off the month being inspired , and ready to explore new products.   The next chat will be this Wednesday on Clubhouse .
