If you follow me on Instagram,  you will see that I mention these brow pencils by Cargo A LOT!  They are a staple in my Professional Kit. Almost 90% of my looks on Clients / Models include this pencil.  I am all ABOUT a fluffy natural brow and these give me what I need.

GRAPHIC LINER is always a good idea.

Liner is important.  I like to use liquid and a gel pencil. 

My favorites are currently : 

1. Fenty Beauty #FLYLINER 
2. Kokie Cosmetics Waterproof Velvet Smooth Eyeliner  Pencil - I love this pencil !! I use it in my professionl kit as well. Its a VERY black smooth liner pencil that DOES NOT run.
